Donations – The Power of Your Contribution
Choice Health Care provides health and social services to working and uninsured families throughout metro Atlanta. We create a “medical home” for those who would not have access to quality, affordable healthcare otherwise. Your gift helps Choice Health Care meet the current and emerging healthcare needs in our communities. Donations are applied to medical services, community outreach and health education.
On behalf of its non-profit members like Southside Medical Center and The Family Health Centers of Georgia, Inc., Choice Health Care Network accepts tax deductible contributions.
