Choice Health Care’s federally qualified health centers provide a variety of services to Atlanta community members regardless of income or insurance. We charge patients using a sliding-fee scale based on individual and household incomes. We also offer reduced pricing on pharmaceuticals for all registered patients.
Our centers provide a “one-stop shop” for all your healthcare needs. Each clinic has an on-site laboratory, x-ray services, and a pharmacy.
