Choice Health Care's federally qualified health centers (FQHC), which include Southside Medical Main, The Family Health Centers of Georgia, Inc., and Four Corners Primary Care Center provide a variety of health care services to Atlanta community members regardless of income or insurance.
Our centers provide a "one stop shop" for all your health care needs. Although services range from center to center, you'll gain access to affordable dental, vision, primary care, and more. We also offer on-site laboratory services, x-ray services, and a pharmacy. Our patients love the convenience, but stay for the exceptional care.
